reflection on how the project helped me.
Basically when I first started reading the book, I was
interested on how they would solve their mysteries. But as I got the page 34 I started
getting bored because it contained so many old English words, I understood most
of it but some words made the stories made the story old and boring. As I started
the project I realized that it helped me understand more words that I didn’t had
a full understanding of before. When I wrote the reflections I started liking
the stories more and more because I can think twice about the story and
understand how they actually solved the cases. Also when I told a teacher about
the summary of my book I felt like I can tell them all the actual things that happen
in the story. I got to tell him what I hated about the book and all the things I
loved about it. When I got to advertise my story I enjoyed it because I could
tell people to read a book full of mysteries and tales of the greatest made up
detective in the world. And also in a way I could help them learn old English words
too.
Movives, goals and dreams from "The adventures of Sherlock Holmes"
Basically my main character, Sherlock Holmes and Doctor
Watson, both had similar dreams. Some of
their dreams were to solve all the crimes that had been given for them to
solve, and to make all their clients happy. When a crime has been committed,
they will try not to make their client wait and try to commence their job as
soon as they can. As they solve cases that have been given to them, they put
all their efforts to do the best they can and bring the criminal to justice. It didn’t matter what the status was of their
client, whether he was a noble, an regular business man, or even an old lady,
they did their best to get the job done with only asking for so little. For
example, when they were suddenly visited by a mask man who had asked them to do
an important job and offered anything they wanted. At that moment Sherlock had
already knew that it was a king, and revealed the identity right when the king
finished his speech. They didn’t really care who he really was, for they gave
him no special considerations, in the end they got the job done being able to retrieve
the stolen item and bringing the criminal to justice. And all they asked of was
to keep the only evidence, and leave all the treasures that they could have
gotten.
